Funds must be used prior to December 31, 2023 applications will be accepted on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

Each Qualified Participants will be able to participate in a maximum of 1 program per fiscal year (July 1-June 30).The total cost for the program cannot exceed a cost of $500 excluding equipment and educational assistant supply purchases per participant per fiscal year.
